New Years in St. Martin

Hi All! My boyfriend and I will be in St. Martin over New Years and are staying at the Westin. Any suggestions for New Years Eve? Last Year, we stayed in St. Thomas and went to Foxy's on Jost Van Dyke (FYI...A must!).

Also, should we make dinner reservations before arriving on the island?

One more question...day trip: anguilla or St. Barth's?

Thank you all so much for your input!

there are New years eve activities all over. closest to your hotel would be the Boardwalk in philipsburg. it's very lively with music and people and bars and restaurants. big firework display.

there also is another big party at the Maho hotel area. more fireworks.

you do not need to make dinner reservations before arriving on the island but as soon as you get here, be sure to reserve for New years eve.

that is when the restaurants are usually fully booked.

day trip? Anguilla!
