Hi,

what is the appropriate dress code, for nights out at

cabarets( ex. Tropicana) for men. ?

Polo shirt, long pants (could be kaki style) and casual shoes will do the job.

Avoid sandals (mainly flip flop style) jeans and T-shirts.

Best Guayabera would be ordering one from a private tailor. But as I guess you will not be able to wait the time they need to get it ready, you could have two choices:

1- Shop “El Quitrin” in Obispo bet Mercaderes and Sag Ignacio, Old Havana.

This is a shop where they have a very good selection made in Cuba (re; in fact the workshop is next to the shop). They also specialize in tailor making.

2- Shop “La Casa de La Guayabera” in O’Reilly & Tacon Streets, Old Havana. This one is kind of more commercial with some imported ones as well
