You could - but would you want to? - it is Hot , and a longish walk along the beach and not always able to pass around obstacles - depends on the tide - and the road hasn't got sidewalks/pavements all the way - and at night lighting is Poor - so I would always take the Bus for a few stops --- it only costs $2.00 BB per person per trip!
yes you can, its a very easy walk and takes about 10-15 minutes. As ASO has already said, part of the route does not have sidewalks, but you can cross over the road and walk along the grassed area adjacent to the road until you reach Sunset Mall, then continue until you get to the Chattel village (shops and a restaurant) and cross over the road again to reach the water side bars, cafes and restaurants (Beach House, Drift, Tides, Zaccios, Surfside, or continue past these along the pavement until you reach 1st and 2nd street which are full of restaurants and bars, or Lime Grove shopping centre with many high end shops, plus loads of cafes and a few restaurants and bars.Edited: 10 July 2018, 17:27
No problem just watch the traffic. More pleasant along the beach but depends on tides and obviously day time only.
I often walk down to the Mall opposite The Club from Holetown. Just walk down the grass at the back of the Sunset Crest condos ( as long as it hasn't been raining ) and you will be fine. If you find it too hot, you can always catch the bus two stops back.
However, at night it's a different story---------------catch a bus or cab.Edited: 10 July 2018, 18:49
