Looking for high end condo for 4 adults 3 children

We are looking for a really nice condo that sleeps 4 adults and 3 children in Pensacola Beach for next summer. Would like to have nice pool and gulf front views and be really clean and upscale.

I looked at nice hotels and they will run about $1000 a day for two rooms during the summer, so for $7000 I would rather rent a nice 3 bedroom condo and have the kitchen and living facilities with a nice balcony lanai.

Can anyone suggest the nicest condos or if you have personal experience that would be great too. I would love to have contact information if you have it as well. If you don't want to post on the forum, please feel free to PM me.

Appreciate your time and help on this.

Just rent a vacation home on vrbo.com. This one is nice, and you wont end up spending $7,000.

You'll find the rental rates to be a lot cheaper here in Pensacola Beach than say Miami or any other coastal city. Here is the listing.

One of the best centrally located, would be The Beach Club. It is within walking distance to most of the clubs and restaurants around the Casino Beach (main beach) area. Portofino, gets rave reviews, but it is pretty isolated from the other beach activities, which can be good or bad dependiing on the experience you are looking for.

The Beach Club is one of the few condos with four bedroom units so I would go with that. It's a very nice property and in a great location.

I would probably book directly through them:

VRBO will have some units listed too.

Thanks for those inputs, I will certainly check them out.

The home looks great but we prefer to be right on the water with the kids, and there is currently no pool although they say the are going to install one.

I have looked at Portofino and it is a little farther away from things that we would like.

Will check out Beach Club too.

So, thanks for those inputs and suggestions.

We are at portofino now. This is a very nice place. We are in tower 3 and have a view to the south east. Beautiful sunrises. The beach is a very short walk. Every tower has a pool and there is a large pool area in the middle. Fireworks. Live music at the main pool. Very clean and well maintained. I have no complaints. Except it's time to go home tomorrow

Another vote for Beach Club. We've stayed there on 3 different occasions. A great place to be right on the beach and enough space for everyone.
