Touring caravan sites

Can anyone recommend a touring caravan site not too far away from Donaghadee please? There appears to be quite a few along Millisle Road but the websites seem to be out of date. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks in advance :-)

Rockmore just north of Ballywalter is very good and also one of the cheapest in the area. Lots of space and on the shore. It's about 7 miles from Donaghadee. There are closer sites, but not as good.

Great, thanks. Have found their website though it isn't clear if they accept touring caravans...have emailed them. Many thanks for your help.

Note that there are two sites with the same name and two websites. One takes tourers and the other doesn't. Here's the website you need http://rockmorecaravanpark.co.uk/

The site is mostly static caravans but also has as pitches for around a dozen tourers. The site is only normally full with tourers at key holiday weekends. The static caravans are owner occupied and never more than 50% full, usually much less.

There are 2 Mr Warnocks (Hugh A Warnock and Henry J Warnock) with 2 adjacent parks with the same name: . (Yes complicated!) Call Henry J via the number on the site I have suggested 028 9186 1428.

There is nothing wrong with Rosebank, but in Rockmore you will be able to pitch up with a clear view of the sea, with much more space around your tourer. Toilet facilities are simple but very clean.
