Hi, do y’all know if there is difference in keisei ueno and ueno station? Are the both stations the same or are they different stations?

Different, across the street from each other at its closest point.

Therefore, if you want to change between Keisei and JR, do so at Nippori station where the Keisie and JR are connected under the same roof.

Keisei Ueno is owned by Keisei and Ueno Station is owned by JR. The Shinobazu exit at Ueno Station is the closest to connect to Keisei Ueno.

In another way: Keisei Ueno is underground at the southern tip of Ueno Park. JR's Ueno Station is near it but alongside Ueno Park (requires about 10 minutes at least to change between). A much better change between Keisei and JR is offered at Nippori which requires minimum walk.
