Hi I’m just researching this company who are offering some competitive prices for travel. The reviews in trust pilot are very good but nothing in trip advisor. There goes also seem to be a pattern where reviews are all about excellent service and help with bookings, always mention an advisor by name but never anything about the actual holiday. Has any used this London based company?

Never heard of them. Maybe try on the TripAdvisor Air Travel forum.

I always ask why some unknown company would be able to find cheaper rates than the bigger well known companies. I haven't heard a convincing answer.

It would appear there are 2 entities called this and I'm not sure they are affiliated. I will only speak to the one in the UK, since the US one seems to be based in Delaware. Here's are the Terms & Conditions.

See that they are affiliated with PH Travel Ltd - so I did a search on that.

Here's a thread on another affiliation:

Honestly, you can read this - but I wouldn't have the need for them, and like #2 - I'd wonder how they'd get a better deal than anyone else.

The first question I would ask myself is whether these competitive prices are actually real or merely indicative of what might be achieved e.g. on one specific Wednesday in February. I share the scepticism about how an outfit like this can beat or even match the big brands with their pricing.I

I don't trust TrustPilot myself and I think you are right to be suspicious when there is a pattern to reviews.

It won't be a surprise that I would give them a miss.

Hi there

Did you eventually go with them? Or not?

I'm on the fence as to take a holiday with them myself too just now

http://Helloflights.co.uk

I wanted to buy tickets for myself and my children to go to Gambia for Christmas to honour my late son who was murdered last year so speaking with Frank I explained how this was an important trip for us. He got us the tickets and I had to pay the deposit of £200 but I remembered I had a friend who is a manager from Morocco airline he would know if those flights number they gave me were legit for those dates, my friend got back to me and said “don’t buy it’s a scam that ticket doesn’t exist” my heart!!!! Omg thank God I didn’t pay anything. The fraud agent kept calling me till midnight! Then the next late afternoon I picked up the phone I told I didn’t want anymore and I hang up, he called back and he said Sir/ Madam you have to pay because I made reservations I said no you couldn’t do that without paying he then got aggressive saying I will get a charge in my name, then I told him that they were scammers. He kept calling my phone nonstop and I had to block the number. Unfortunately I gave them my name and my children full names and their dates of birthdays. Please be careful they are heartless people.

Hey it might help someone. Does it bother you let the owner say something then I would take consideration into your reply.

"Does it bother you let the owner"

It does not bother me at all, other than you are complaining about the wrong company. Not very fair to blacken a company's name by adding complaints about a completely different company. Now I am not saying this company is any good either, just pointing out that careless mistakes like this can hurt innocent companies.

Why not just book directly with Royal Air Maroc. Know that if you have a long layover you might qualify for a free hotel room at the nearby airport hotel.

Plus use this as a lesson as many other companies work the same as you experienced.
