I'm on the "Business Representative Support" page, and chose "Update Business Information" > "Report Duplicate Listing". All fields are filled in, but it keeps saying...

Hi Jochen;
A few things to help troubleshoot your problem. Please try them, one at a time and see if it resolves the problem.
1. Log out and log back in.
2. Clear your browser's cache.
3. Clear the TA cookies from your computer.

If that doesn’t work, post the duplicates here. I had one last week that wouldn’t merge because one was a restaurant and one was a experience. Which was eating at a restaurant.
It’s a known glitch, which the engineers are still working on, months later.
Can be reported from primary listing via ‘Improve this listing’
Unless it’s ‘Things to do’ listing, where it’s no longer available.
Clearing cache etc does not work indeed.

Can take a few days.
Look out for an email, (check junk mail). Sometimes TA_ will contact an owner to confirm, when a member has made a request via ‘Improve this listing’ .
Having used this route, they may not automatically recognise that you’re the owner/manager.
