Vueling: Shameless Service

It is too usual to get a poor service from Vueling.

And now, another example: You purchase your tickets in a company of the same group (IAG: BA, Iberia), but your priority-gold One World card is not recognized.

You're boarding with a priority status from the company you've bought from the ticket, but Vueling doesn't recognize it!!!

They are fine for you to pay, but have definitely zero Customer service orientation.

What a shame!!

Vueling are not Oneworld members so why would they recognise Oneworld status?

Vueling is not a member of One World Alliance nor an affiliate so the OneWorld rules do not apply regarding benefits on OW airlines.

I know the BA site make this clear when booking (that benefits do not apply) not sure about IB
