It is too usual to get a poor service from Vueling.
And now, another example: You purchase your tickets in a company of the same group (IAG: BA, Iberia), but your priority-gold One World card is not recognized.
You're boarding with a priority status from the company you've bought from the ticket, but Vueling doesn't recognize it!!!
They are fine for you to pay, but have definitely zero Customer service orientation.
What a shame!!
