Bravofly fraud

I have booked a flight through bravofly from Rome to Athens. While booking cost was shown at 18 euros but 48 euros are deducted from my bank account.

Please suggest what should I do?

Check what the T&C's say about extra charges, otherwise contact your bank?

Besides... 20 Euros causes you this much grief? You probably missed the taxes and fees on the 18 number.

Still, nobody here is Bravo, and that's not the definition of "fraud".

why don't you call bravofly and ask them ? Why ask a bunch of strangers -- most of us would not recommend you book from that shonky company but you did so deal with it please

Welcome to TA upon joining today.

You have, I suspect, fallen into a common, often related here, " trip trap" .

You might care to ask Bravofly about your obvious issues, otherwise you might be caught between being under a rock or a hard place.

Good luck !

'Please suggest what should I do?' There is a very easy option. Never, never book with this company again. Instead of searching for 'cheap flights' go directly to the website of the airline that flies the route you want and book *only* with the airline.

Or you could ignore the advice and book with any company you'd like, including those that charge a fee to do something you could do yourself. Consider the €30 an error tax; whether you pay it again is entirely up to you.

Is it me, or is this starting to conform to a certain well-worn weekend pattern in this forum?

Time will tell.....
