Do not expect any quick in here... Place is always full and has pretty slow service at the end. But when ordering tap drink flow will always be fresh....

Ordered the fish and chips with additional bread and butter. The fish was OK but the actual fish content was a lot less than it looked when you got through the batter. My main gripe is the chips. They are those cheap frozen ones made with some sort of reconstituted potato paste. They were dry, flabby, anaemic and inedible. I... More

I was looking forward to a nice cooked breakfast to get my holiday off to a flying start. I ordered the traditional breakfast without beans but with an extra fried egg costing just short of £10 plus a coffee at £2.45. The coffee came staright away and was decent, but was drunk before the breakfast arrived. I guess that they... More

Normal thing with airport dining, food was good but very expensive, I wouldn't dine here again but you have to try it I suppose.

for an early flight you need a good breakfast so at 0500 one morning in April, we decided to have an English breakfast at Manchester Airport. We were served by Kosta who was interested in us and we had a good conversation with him ( unusual in our recent experience, those who wait on us don't seem the slightest bit... More

Arrived at 10.45 and we were informed that if we wanted breakfast we would have to move fast as the menu changed at 11.00. If only the staff moved at the same pace. Ordered a coffee which we were told would be delivered to our table. Still waiting 10 minutes later. When we asked at the bar we were pointed... More

Had fish and chips here and a pint of Real Ale. It was actually quiet enough to quickly get a table and the food also did not arrive too late. No waiter insight but the ordering at the bar went OK. Good size portion, only the fries could have used a little crisp. For the rest all sufficient for me.

I've eaten here a couple of times before. Every time it's been understaffed and the staff rushed. This time was no different. Breakfast wasn't bad, but I think I'll try eating somewhere else in future.

Thank Peter K
