Myself and five friends visited the restaurant after reading good reviews on facebook. The first issue was that there was no vodka and only one can of guiness. We all opted for the set Sunday Lunch menu. The prawn cocktails were fine. The roast beef was awful it was hard and really tough. The waitress changed the meals but the... More

Having tried the Horns when it first re opened, but not been back I decided to give it another go as I believe the old management are no longer there. Although it was fairly quiet for a Friday night, the staff have changed and are all so happy and chatty - this is what really let it down last time.... More

We were passing The Horns on our way to another restaurant for lunch, when we decided to stop and have a look at the menu. On entering we were greeted at the bar by a very bubbly young man asking if we would like a drink and to look at the menu. My friend asked about the specials of the... More

Easy to get to on the way home just off the A6. Good parking and greeting by friendly staff. Had the grill special and a bottle of wine. Good experience. Lovely, clean, well presented Country Inn.

Convenient stopping off location on the A6. we came here on spec and found a good reception with a reasonable selection of draft beers and cocktails on offer. We both chose to go with the new skewers selection on the menu. However we found the portion size was a bit of a disappointment as the small skewers contained only three... More

Booked the Casino Royale evening which included a 3 course meal, cocktail on arrival, roulette and black jack table and disco until 1 am. Excellent evening, the food was really tasty and everything beautifully presented. Highly recommend and would certainly book again if another similar evening is in the offing.

Description
The Horns Inn is a stylish Country Pub where you can catch up with friends, unwind after work or simply find a sophisticated space to indulge in an excellent selection of food and drink.

The 'Horns' had been a popular pub and eating-place for locals and those travelling a little further afield for many years. But more recently it had been a little 'unloved' and in desperate need of some tender loving care. Hence the need for some sensitive renovation involving an experienced team of builders, designers and decorators working together to bring you the welcoming, smart and comfortable pub restaurant you see today.........
