I just visited Kuza after a long break. A colleague from the Eastern States was across and it gave me the opportunity to come back. It was lunchtime which is my normal time here. This is one of the few restaurants in Perth that always impresses my guests and friends. Started off with Susumi and Yellow Fin Ceviche. Beautiful fish... More

We had lunch here on a weekday. The food was good quality and service was attentive. Lunch menu items were very reasonably priced at about $15. Good idea to be adventurous and go for the more creative options on the menu as these looked pretty awesome. Standard fare like teriyaki chicken and pork katsu were great but the more interesting... Frequent this restaurant quite often for quick lunch. Prawn Tempura, California and Tori Rolls are excellent.

Excellent food preparation. Fresh produce. Flavours were lovely, sauces and accompanying salads with the food was just right. Cerviche Salmon with truffled sauce- sauce and the salad underneath the salmon slices just made it extra special Yellowtail cerviche also very nice Soft fried crab rolls with avocado, texture just right, fresh crab, not too oily but still crispy Raw beef... Really enjoyed the food at this modern Japanese restaurant in the heart of Victoria Park. The food combinations were fantastic. A group of 6 enjoyed a great night.

Ordered 4 items from the menu. Small assorted sashimi was good, grilled octopus was ok but sauce flavours were too strong, pork belly was also only ok it was very fatty and the flavours not that great, tempura vegetables were good but we've made better at home it was missing the Japanese chilli powder and lacked variety. Service was slow... More

Heard a rumour about beef cheek gyoza and had to check it out- we went on a Saturday night without a booking but were able to be slotted in at 8pm. Im not a fan of sushi and sashimi so basically ordered from the fried menu but was not disappointed with anything. The amazing gyoza rumours were true- parcels of... More

We visited here on a stopover from Qld to Europe. We are avid fans of Japanese style food and this little gem was the find of the trip. Wonderful fresh Sashimi & both the eggplant and marinated eel dishes were sensational.

On first entering this very busy restaurant, the excessive noise is quite off-putting. However, the excellent quality of the food seemed to cancel out that negative. The one area that needs definite improvement is the quality of the wine list, both in its variety and its presentation. It was not well set out; there was a very limited range of... More
