If you are driving from Alicante south on the N332 from Alicante airport like I have done many times the first thing you see when you get towards Santa Pola is the restaurant laid well back from the road with a huge car park. When you pull in and park and enter you see a great display of local fresh... More

This restaurant is a favourite one for my family. We have been going here all the summers for more tan 20 years. We love their paellas, the seafood, the desserts, everything. It is advisable to be there soon, to have a better service, since sometimes after 15:00H there is too many people, and so the service gets slow.

My husband had booked us in for lunch as I was flying back to Alicante on my birthday and the restaurant is on the route back to our home. We were the only people there and we were not impressed with the set menus. We chose off the al la carte menu.We had a poor salad, bread with alioli and... More

Went there for lunch today. Had 6 Gambas Rojas which are always good, 1 hake and 1 sole. The hake was good but the sole was not as fresh as it should have been and very over cooked. With 1 bottle of wine and 1 pudding the bill was €91 which would have been ok if everything was perfect. But... More

We had a very poor lunch here. Lamb chops with barely any meat were overpriced but the plate of Fidueas was disgusting. It took ages to arrive and was not the small noodles we have always had but spaghetti covered in soy sauce with about 4 shrivelled over poked shrimps. I would not eat here under any circumstances.

On the 30st of october, we visited this restaurant. It was very expensive and the food was bad. It was for us the first time, the last time and one to many!

Unless you are Spanish avoid this place. They do not seem to like English people. I found gravel in my ice cream and friends who spoke Spanish said the waiters were bragging about spitting in their food. When they reported this they were ignored. Take heed and avoid the place. The food is rubbish anyway.

Great views of the Bay of Alicante. Lovely walk or bike ride in the sierra. A must if you like to get out on foot and see a bit of countryside.
