We were in Pinzolo on holiday and decided to grab dinner here—we came back two more nights the experience was so good! Definitely call ahead for the traditional menu if you can, but everything is incredibly tasty and the staff are a delight.
We had an amazing dinner here at Mildas in Pinzolo! We are both vegan and it is hard to find good options in this area but this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The courgette appetizer “zucchine capricciose” was amazing, the pumpkin lentil soup was excellent and...the barley soup we had was also top notch. Also the porcini mushrooms with Polenta are not to be missed. The lady running the restaurant is extremely sweet and the ambience is also great. Very much recommended !More
There’s eating out and there’s dining! Mildas is top of the line. The risotto con stinco di maiale is simply one of the greatest dishes ever created. And the ricotta ice cream with Miele amaro is worth travel 5000 miles for it! The escargot is...sublime and I don’t think I ever had anything there that wasn’t so delicious. Complimenti. The owners are the nicest people that make you feel welcome and pay attention to detail.More

General: A most delightful restaurant, tastefully decorated with antiques & modern lighting touches. When it opened almost 20 yrs ago, it was very avant-guard in design, and it stands the test of time. Seating outside in summer in pleasant garden. Ample parking.
Menu: order the...veal shanks 24hrs ahead. Served with white risotto and meat juices, their signature dish. We also tried snails, very good, and rusticini, excellent. Most unusual & delicious was fresh zucchini salad. Too full for dessert but ricotta icecream with honey looked divine.
Service: attentive & knowledgeable re wines. Not pressing or hurried which is enjoyable.
Suggestion: replace (posh) paper napkins with linen ones. Small touch to keep in line with elegance of place.More
The decor of the restaurant, the friendliness of the service, the quality of the meals. You have to order STINCO! it's pork shin made to perfection. Remember to make reservation also to order the stinco. Worth the trouble. Love it!
