We enjoyed a great meal in the Dungeon. Great atmosphere, nicest dungeon I have ever seen! :) The food was delicious, though some of the starters were really, really small. Staff was friendly.

The food here was excellent. This is a great place for dinner if you are looking for a less formal experience than in the dining room. The service here, as with the rest of the castle, was fantastic.

Dined here at 6pm on a Friday night. Catch of the day was delicious and very fresh and the filet meal was also done to perfection. Could not have asked for a better meal and service to end our vacation.

Arrived late to the hotel and enjoyed a quick quality meal in the Dungeon. Food was terrific and service was quality. Vibe for this room is different than the hotel but worth the food.

Description
As its name would suggest, the unique setting located on the lower ground floor of the castle invites diners to enjoy a range of satisfying dishes from the bistro-style menu with a focus on traditional Irish cuisine beneath the historic curved stone ceiling. Together with a relaxed ambience, it makes for a wonderful and memorable dining experience.
