We've been faithful Ben K goers for 4+ years now. Always delicious food and great, friendly service from Barry and his team. We love the OKONOMIYAKI (no fish flakes) fresh tempura prawn hand rolls, cooked tuna and avo hand rolls, Yakitori chicken skewers, edamame, potato croquettes, gyoza, fried chicken, the list goes on! Sit yourself down and order a feast... More

Love this place. Have been here umpteen times and it's consistently great for lunch. Not sure if it's open for dinner. I always get one of their set menus when I go for lunch.

Our first visit having been recommended by friends. Food was fresh and tasty. Service was attentive. Great place for a quick meal as dishes were freshly cooked Japanese fried chicken and octopus balls were delicious and sashimi was fresh. Very enjoyable and reasonable priced meal. Will definitely go back.

We went here but foolishly went for a bunch of cooked options frp, the bento box, instead of sticking to the sushi (which I've heard is amazing). Need to go back and order right next time.

I go here at least once a week and it has never disappointed me. I usually get the salmon nigiri, agedashi tofu, edamame or sesame mayo spinach salad. But everything here is delicious - the tempura batter is very light and crunchy. It's not greasy at all. The only thing that could make this place better would be an alcohol... More

At this place you will get some decent sushi. It's a nice little place without too much atmosphere. Eating in is alright but nothing romantic or comfortable. It's more a quick eat with some good food. But I reckon takeaway is their main business. It's nice food for a good price. I recommend always getting the large soup because it's... More

It's a great little restaurants among the more expensive ones , cost is average and food is good. I liked the sushi and the tofu starters. The mains are bit different to usual taste that I had at other Japanese restaurant, however they did taste good ...Although different. Enjoy your quick lunch here anytime.

Vegetarian-friendly options, great value and the Tofu Teriyaki is excellent. Smallish but has a nice view from the window if you like to people watch!

We have come here for some years for fresh and tasty Japanese food. It maintains high standards within a fairly limited range of predictable items but is ideal for a family meal or for take-away Japanese. I recommend it but not without saying that there are better, but often more expensive, Japanese restaurants.

Thank John P
