We ended our Pennine Way walk here with drinks and then came back for dinner. The Kinder Burger is awesome! The wine is good too.

A good dog friendly pub doing tasty home cooked food. Ideal for walkers who may be wet and muddy after a day out rambling. Good service and friendly staff. Would recommend the steak, mushroom and ale pie and the Hunters Chicken.

This is a must after a big day hiking in Edale and surrounding areas!! We called in for a cold drink after a 5 hour hike..lovely quaint pub with a good selection of drinks!! Menu sounded very tasty too...
