After having a disaster at our own accommodation we located this restaurant in town and immediately wished we had booked to stay here as well. The menus were in English which was hugely appreciated having zero knowledge of the Slovakian language. The staff on duty...spoke English. The food and beer was superb with a great choice of food. The next time I travel to Zvolen I fully intend to stay here and of course eat hereMore

Pizza bola fajn. Slušná reštaurácia, určite sa ešte zastavim keď pojdem okolo. Good pizza recommending to visit, looks more as restaurant than pizza place. Looks little bit posh kinda

Stayed in the Franko Hotel this restaurant sits beside, so it's easy access for new arrivals - wide selection of good value stone baked pizzas cooked fresh. Menu serves other dishes as well but the pizzas are the specialties. The staff mostly don't speak English...but did a fantastic job of muddling through anyway! Would definitely visit again.More

Very nice environment. God chicken soup and I like a no smoking area. It is a nice caffe break in the city. Situated very close the city center.

I've a celiac disease, so I must be careful by eating. I was happy, when I saw the allergy list on the menu. I ordered a dish without allergenic sign. When I got the dish, I realized, that it was made with wheat - it...is forbidden for celiacs. I sent it back. They said, that there are allergens on the menu. I showed to the waiter, that the chosen dish had no sign on the menu. The dish contained not only wheat, but egg and milk - these are allergens, too. I was disappointed. They were correct, had apologized, and we could not pay from this dish. But after that I did not want to eat there again.More

Excellent and beautifully decorated Italian pizza, which has a delicious taste, is perfectly prepared. In addition to pizzas, they offer excellent food, well prepared and also beautifully decorated. Higher level Restaurant. I recommend.

We had been here a long time ago for the first time and we were quite happy. We ended up there a second time not by choice but as my favorite restaurant in zvolen was full at Sunday lunch time. The menu offers a big...selection of pizzas and other dishes which are representatitive of the local cuisine. There is a smoking and no smoking area. The non smoking is a box room which wouldn't have much atmosphere I guess even if it was full. Food was good. Had the duck breast with mash and a cranberry sauce. Duck was tender and tasty, cranberry sauce not the best, and would have preferred no cinnamon garnish on the mash but overall good. The other dish was was the traditional smoked sausage, black pudding, accompanied with boiled potatoes and sauerkraut. Was very nice and the meats were good quality and not fatty or chewy like you might get elsewhere. Waitress was pleasant and helpful but it would help if she took the order with a pen and paper as she forgot our tomato and onion salad which was ok after all as we had room for a dessert and a coffee.More
