A very nice place with good and tasty food. The dessert was very interesting. Friendly and polite staff. We didn't have to wait too much for our food. Prices were also very fair.

Good choice of dishes, but their cheeseburger is a (our) favorite. Tasteful and good value for money. The service was a bit rushy, maybe they were a bit short in staff.

The place is located directly on the main Zvolen's square, with a terrace in the back yard. Reaervation was possible, but not necessary. We discovered tips to check this restaurant here @TripAdvisor ... user reviews fully matched the reality - or better to say - the reality was even better than expected. We (as usual) took our preferred choice - hamburger. "Unfortunately" there were double burger only :-)))...and it was really double. Made medium as requested, perfect finetuned, full taste, ... go and try yourself. BTW, we returned next evening and enjoy the meal again the same perfect wayMore

I was on the way to Bratislava and felt hungry. So I have called my friend and asked for advice where to go. So he went to TripAdvisor and send me address to this place! We had lunch here after visiting Zvolen castle/galery. Lunch menu was quite limited to one soup, one starter and just two main dishes, one desert but quality and taste of the food was excellent. Service also very nice and friendly.

First dinner in Slovakia and we picked a good place. The menu was small but the food was awesome! We had the fish and the veal along with a soup, a salad, two beers, two desserts, and two espressos. All added up to 48 Euros....Wow! Could not have asked for a better meal after a long flight from the USA and a drive from Vienna. Nice place and friendly staff made us feel at home. This is a real treat of a place and deserves its top spot. The food is fresh, locally grown and super tasty. They cater well for children - removing ingredients, adding rice instead of potatoes etc. The local wine recommended by the waiter was delicious....Most importantly, all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I wish we could visit again! We found the bill very reasonable for 4 people - 35 euros including a couple of glasses of wine. Definitely worth a visit.More
