Location is near slopes. Food is quite expensive as normally in Finland, but tastes ok and I recommend pizzas - some of them are very tasty!

This is what you can expect from a ski slope restaurant: basic food quickly for hungry (family) skiers. Best part (and most popular) is pizza which often runs temporarily out in popular times.

In order to be in connection with the ski resort this was quite ok restaurant. There was a good spirit and will. The staff was helpful. The food was on the better side (skiresort-rated). OK.

Rinne is a typical restaurant located in a "tourist trap": just in the front of the ski slopes at Himos. The building of the restaurant appears relatively new and stylish from the outside, but don't let the looks fool you. The restaurant offers a lunch...buffet with various foods, pizzas, tacos, salads, and soft drinks for a 15 euro price. What I got at this price was a combination of factory-produced meatballs that had been left to dry out in the hot counter, dry rice, some kind of beef stew in a dark sauce where the beef had cooked so that it was chewy and bad tasting, pizzas that were somewhat ok, salads that consisted mostly of canned items, and a self-service taco counter with only a small amount of the meat stuffing left, industrially produced cheese sauce, and some other items. There was also a pork stew which I chose not to taste. The tables were not cleaned properly, as there were leftover foods all around. All in all - this was likely the last time I will eat at this restaurant. Next time I'll bring my own foods with me.More

Rinne has an excellent location just by the slopes of Himos. But, during off-season, opening hours and premises do not make you feel welcome to have dinner. So we had just beers seved by a friendly guy.

This restaurant is located in Himos alpine ski resort next to the main parking lot and the service area. We had a good lunch buffet and tasty burgers from a la carte list in the evening. Pricing is reasonable, service OK and the quality of...food very good. Portions are big enough for the price.More
