Visited for lunch with a group. We got a warm welcome, the service was great and the food even better. A great little place with a warm atmosphere and the everyone enjoyed the food immensely.

Nepalese cuisine is still one of my favorite cuisines at the moment. The Base Camp in Hyvinkää offers you some decent Nepalese food. Portions are tasty and decently sized to satisfy the customer. The restaurant is average in quality. The food was ok but not better than you could expect. Staff were friendly and the service was quick. Large portions.

The food was quite good, we had Butter chicken and chicken Lababdar, the butter chicken was excellent, whereas the Lababdar was a little bland. Both came with plain naan and rice. Good size serves, service was relatively quick. Will go again.

This is quite nice restaurant if you like indian style food, price quality ratio is ok. Fits also for gluten free people This time I took the Chicken Vindaloo and it was hot 👹 Naan bread is baked on order, very good

The meal was very tasty and the atmosphere and the decoration of the restaurant was very good also the service from the staffs.

The food here is great as is the general atmosphere (music, decor and lighting). Only downside is that the staff don't make you feel welcome or a wanted customer.

Pleasant, polite staff. Reasonably priced, especially for Helsinki, and fairly generous portion size. Tasty, fresh food that tastes authentic although I've never been to Nepal! Poppadoms, chutney, rice, salad, raita and beans included in the meal price. Clean restaurant and nice atmosphere.

Been in the base camp once as it was recommended on TA. It was around 8pm, Ive been the only guest so I thought if the decision was maybe wrong. Skipped the feeling and started ordering. Ok place for quick lunch, specially if fast food is the other option.. Do not expect any mind blowing experience. I did eat the lamb, and it was a small challenge to my teeths, like chewing gum. We ordered the food and went to pick it up as a takeaway. It was fresh and tasty and good size portion! Very good option for Thai and Chinese buffets. I'm happy Hyvinkää has Nepalese restaurant!
