So pleased to see that the restaurant is in the hands of the marina and really hope that it becomes successful as it has a fantastic location. Situated above the Chandlery at the marina this restaurant and bar is open to all - not just...More
Had to wait 40 mins for a cheese sandwich and 6 onion rings. We was told there was no chips available, hence the onion rings. The couple served after us ordered chips and got them!!!! Wtf . Is that because they had a fish? Staff...More
We are sorry if you had a wait for your sandwich, but we had a particularly busy lunchtime service. This does not excuse the fact that there was no apologies and no offer of a refill for your coffee. If the kitchen is getting low...More
Had a very good lunch at Swallowtails, the chips were to die for 😀 Staff very efficient and friendly with lovely views across the marina. Would go back and recommend.
Thank you very much for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your meal. Please do come and visit us again soon.

The restaurant has very recently been reopened (though I was told they have not 'officially' opened yet) under the management of the Marina operators (we are berth-holders in the marina), and it has reverted to the earlier name of the Swallowtail, named after the sandbank...More
TEN POUNDS for a hotdog?????? Menu said came with mustard, ketchup and onions..........No onions so I guess I'm due a £2.50 discount. Coleslaw warm, chips overcooked and the saltiest hot dog I have ever tasted. 24 hours later the taste of salt is still in...More
The yacht harbour has now taken over ownership of the Restaurant and Bar. Please feel free to come back and try something from our new menu.
Completely downhill. Changes hands so often. Currently called Sinatra's. Can hear loud music even some way away. I hear Rent's high in Marina - hard to see how they can stay afloat
