Went for a meal there tonight , we finished our meal and waited 25min to get served again no one came down so we decided to leave and go home . Very disappointed we wanted a special night and get desert after our meal and...a few more drinks but staff just walking past us with our plates empty and drinks long finished surly a bit of common sence whould prevail to come over and ask if we wanted anything else. Quality Gastro Pub

Great choice of draft beers , covid compliant , good portion sizes .I can recommend their fish and chips and burgers but pasta dishes are also good

Dangerous Place

Went on Friday evening no social distancing and staff not wearing masks could have stated all night but it was so dangerous we left well before our 105 minutes were up should be closed down

Great Saturday afternoon lunch

Tried lunch here one Saturday when nearby. We had lasagne with chips, salad and garlic bread. It was fab, really tasty and large portions for only €14.95. Lots of free parking, nice staff, friendly service. Will definitely be back.

Short Stop for Lunch

We had a very good lunch. My wife enjoyed the chicken fillet and I enjoyed the fish and chips. The service was excellent. All in all a very good meal with good service.

Great Dinner and Good Atmosphere

We are in town for just one night and decided to try it. The staff was great and the food was very good. All our food came out hot - the soup and specials were great. We recommend this place!

Breakfast

Went here for breakfast when I was working in Troy Studios with my colleagues and we kept coming back. The Breakfast in the Tap House is Amazing and so reasonable. They cater for all dietary requirements. When we went for breakfast we went in a...big group of 15 and each time we were served our breakfast there was nothing wrong with it or any delay bringing it out to our table. As we were a big group we phoned in our orders and there was no mistakes made by the staff however awkward the orders were . Very accommodating staff, highly recommend the full Irish will be back againMore

Came to visit for lunch on monday with some family and was really impressed with the restaurant and surroundings. I have been there a few times for breakfast and it is really good. Was late for breakfast monday so had some lunch instead...and it did...not disappoint my stirfry was amazing and honestly one of the nicest i have eaten ...ever. I work as a chef myself and know the difficulties in dealing with food and customers. You have lovely staff and lovely restaurant and i will be back .....sooner than you think.More
