Avoid this restaurant at all costs. It's overpriced and the service is horrible. The food is just OK.

If you are into eating big plates of Quality food, Fish and / or Beef then this is a place in Cantabria which you can't give a miss. The food is First Class quality food served in an excellent manner. The beef is 4 month aged and it was fabulous. AND the price mid range :)

If you like your fish & shell fish straight from the sea, no frills then this is the place to go. My husband & I where really looking forward to this for our last night in Spain but came away disappointed. The waitress stood over him & would not move until he made his choice which made us feel hurried... More

Local fresh seafood. Brilliant family atmosphere. Try the anchovies with red peppers. Local beef that you cook on a stone at your table.

Even if it looks a bit scruffy from the outside, the place is actually quite nice inside. And the important stuff, the food, is really good. We had lunch two days in a raw. The first one was based on starters to share, and we enjoyed very much the navajas (razor clams), the berberechos (cockles), zamburiñas (kind of small scalops)... More

Recommended by friends as well as folks in Noja. It is located outside of town along one of the town's two beaches. Follow the street that runs down from the church. Keep going straight. Probably about 2kms out of town. The restaurant itself is a non-descript cement block building painted a loud blue color, with a terrace. It may not... More

Had a family (Spanish in-laws) lunch for 12 people 3 weeks ago. Paellas and other food were very good and reasonably priced and the dining room is pleasant and service during the meal fine. Th real downside and the reason I am writing this was the unfriendly, bordering on the rude, 'welcome' from the person I think was the owner and... More

This year we went back to Noja and of course, back to Mijedo. They have repainted the awful blue of the main façade with a more adequate terrain colour, which improves its overall appearance, but this year I noticed a slight decline in both the standard of service and in the quality of the food. We went three times, the... More

This is one of the best restaurants in Noja, our kids ate a super delicious steak and we got the most delicious seafood you could imagine.
