Always a good place visit for a quick bite to eat and a drink. Large pasteie for me. Well cooked but lacking a touch of pepper. Tea fine hot and fresh milk. Really crowded as it's the start of the Christmas madness but able to find a table for 2 quickly and a nice place to eat despite its location.... More

If you're shopping in Clarks village in Street, be sure to have a pit stop at The Cornish Bakery. They sell the best coffeee in the area. Forget Costa packet and the others, this place serves fantastic coffee and delicious pasties and Devine sausage rolls. It gets busy as it's so popular, so expect to wait in a queue, but... More

This is the shop/cafe that is opp; Suit Direct (that has wonderful staff) this 'cafe' has Staff from hell, no head coverings, the young girls have hair flaring all over the place and just chat among themselves, We felt very sorry for the young black lad that was serving, as he seemed to be excluded, but was doing his job... Really don't understand why this establishment is charging the same price for a pasty to take out, as they do to eat in, VAT is payable on food to eat in, but not take away. What a con, will never buy from them again

Hi Julie Thanks for your review. We have corresponded previously on email to explain the company procedure and the pasty tax, so I am sorry you are not happy with our explanation. Hopefully you will enjoy the voucher I sent you. Thanks Marina More

This place sells excellent pasties. By pasties I mean traditional Cornish pasties with the prop ingredients. I have eaten many in my life and this one was one of the best. However the cafe itself is not my cup of tea. Everyone Is cramped in and you are very lucky if a member of staff doesn't bump into you at... More

Pasties were very salty and overpriced Plus they had the cheek to charge 20p for a little sachet of sauce I will never return!

I visited yesterday and was very unhappy to find fault, which I hadn't found on any previous visits. First my Cafe Latte was far too strong to drink. It must have been more than 2 shots of coffee or 2 shots of very very strong coffee. I always ask for the same coffee but this time it was awful. Then... More

Almost always call in here when shopping at Clarks Village, consistent quality if you want to get something to eat reasonably quickly. Food and drinks are always hot and it a good place to rest your feet after going round the village shops. The packs of ten pasties to purchase to take home are very good value, especially if like... Good coffee, service a little slow as only one person serving and making coffee, pasties looked very good too but we were early so not ready for food. Place clean.

Thank Anne B
