Honored by its unique view, the restaurant "The Terrace" offers a traditional regional cuisine adding small variations to create innovative dishes to satisfy even the most discerning palates. The main ingredient is the genuineness due to the use of many farm's and mill's products such as: Chianina meat, Cinta Senese pork meat, (bred in the wild within the farm), honey, some vegetables and fruit. Most of all, the excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil, precious fruit of more than 6000 olive trees of the Poggio. Undisputed protagonists of this land, olive groves produce fine fruits of these areas which lead to an excellent extra virgin olive oil, an authentic "olive juice"live oil is on our tables since ancient times and it gives character and flavor to any recipe.
