We had an excellent dinner, definitely gourmet quality from their chef who has certification from a French cuisine organization. Especially appreciated was the attentiveness of Bastien, the bilingual manager. For those of us who do a poor job boning up on French before visiting this wonderful island, to have someone who could answer every question in English, including ingredients of... More

With this restaurant this special part of Martinique is completely perfect. Everything is top: the serving, the food, the ambiance. We went back twice during our two week stay in Tartane: we had the best noix de Saint Jacques, amazing gambas grillées and at last a wonderfully prepared langoust (remember to order days in advance). The wine recommended with all... More

Don't just walk in expecting to eat; you will need to make reservations. We went at night so I'm sure it is a great view but if overcast it's simply pitch black. Research the menu because if there are certain items you want that, due to their preparation you may have to order them either right at the time you... More

A lovely lunch, served on a terrace overlooking the town and seacoast. Service was friendly and efficient. Our guidebook said that the dinners here are more elaborate and inventive, but the lunch menu offered a number of appealing options, as did the wine list (we enjoyed a nice bottle of pinot gris). Taking Lunch here was a enjoyable part of... More

We reserved a night with friends here in advance of our trip to Tartane. Some of us were not so fluent in French, others weren't so fluent in English. We were on time, (and why not?) and we're received with a friendly bi-lingual host, who helped explain, and translate the menu in both English & French. The food was prepared... More

It was a last minute decision to go here as the restaurant in our hotel is closed on a Sunday and we are so glad it was. Great choice of food and at very reasonable prices with exceptional service. All staff where super helpful and informative explaining in detail about each dish - the kind of service you expect in... More

Lovely and a wonderful off season opportunity. This is a first class, French Caribbean dining experience, in every respect, and easily the best within a wide area. Cuisine is interesting and subtle, often leveraging local ingredients and textures. Service was attentive and thoughtful, with suggestions in English available, which is always a plus in Martinique. Drinks and desserts are spectacular... More

Had two really lovely and delicious dinners. For the first night we were running late from the airport bit not a problem, they were still able to serve us. The server was able to answer our questions about the dishes and recommended to us some great wine. Overall the dishes were well balanced and incredibly tasty. Thank you!

My friends and I went to have a meal at La Table de Mamy Nounou since one of our friends told us that the food is really nice there: our friend wasn't wrong. The food was excellent! I recommend the scallops (Coquilles St-Jacques) and the moelleux au chocolat served with mint ice cream, so delicious! I would say this restaurant... More
