I have had dinner here twice now and each time the food was fantastic and the service great and the ambiance enjoyable. The chef here obviously knows what he is doing. The food is fresh and beautifully presented and a very good value.

I was lucky enough to spend a few great days in Crookhaven. I got to go to Nottages two of those nights, both nights the food was amazing, crab lasagne, sea bass and desert of chocolate mousse as well as the pleasure of having a...drink in the little pub before dinner. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Staff were amazing and so accommodating for everything we asked for.More
You have to try the langoustines. There only on special but they are very special. The prawns are to die for. I’ve had some of the best meals in West Cork here. Wonderful views watching the sun set over Crockhaven. The staff are all great...and very knowledgeable on all the dishes, they all could not do enough for us especially Linzy. Thanks to them all for the great memories.More
Great food, great staff… if you like fish this is a good place to go. ..crab lasagne, sea bass and Dover sole all excellent. Will be back.
Great food in a beatiful location overlooking the water. Lindsay was extremely helpful. The service and foos was impecable.
Nottages Reataurant. Away out there on the Mizen penninsula . Probably the best crab lasagne you will ever taste in your life (starter) and my turbot was just delicious (mains.) This is one of those unassuming place where, not in your wildest imagination, would you...expect to be served up world class food. Do book well before hand. 1-2 weeks in high summer, so as not to be disappointed.More
We had excellent meal. The choice of starters and main courses is not too big but fine. The dishes in the menu are not the common dishes you would see in any standard restaurant. Everything is very tasty and delicate but not extravagant. The portions...are reasonable and plates are not overloaded with food( what is goodMore
Great dinner here. Largely fish-based menu - very fresh and great variety - but with delicious steak and chicken curry options too. Also good range of very fairly priced wine. Will certainly be back
Simple process of booking and great communication through WhatsApp. I can’t rave enough about the crab Lasagna.. the service was excellent and all the waiting staff were pleasant and engaging. Can’t wait to get back there again
From the booking to the meal we had a terrific experience at Nottages. Roisin made us very welcome and sitting outside with a view of the anchorage was delightful. The crab lasagne was everything that other reviews promised. Absolutely delicious! We also had a John...Dory special that was excellent as were all the other dishes. It’s a joy to find a short menu that delivers choice and extremely high quality. The wine list was also just right. Everything we saw delivered to other diners looked good, so we all expect to return to sample more of this delightful restaurant’s offerings.More
Friendly restaurant with great food. We were major fans of the crab lasagne as a starter. Really good fish and caters well for non fish eaters too.
Service with a smile, really superb food (in particualr the crab lasagne) and that view! Everything wonderful from start to finish. We will be back before the end of our holiday!
My partner and I visited this restaurant recently and it was truly amazing.. The crab lasagna is just delicious, all of it was! The staff were friendly and attentive and they really seem to stick with the COVID-19 rules and regulations with all tables being...separated and hand sanitizer provided for the customers... we will be returning soon for another dinner here soon hopfully...More

Came across this lovely place during our trip around Cork in the camper. I read the menu during the day and we came back for dinner and sooooo glad we did! We are massive foodies, we just love good food... And this place didn’t disappoint....We had the crab lasagne and fish cakes to start and the salt and pepper hake and monkfish and prawn tikka, everything was cooked to perfection and tasted incredible, piping hot and fresh. The pints of Guinness are delicious! Be sure to book ahead! And thanks Billy for letting us park in your field for the night 😉More
