Good price and very tasty food. The portions are large, the service is stubborn and the food is very tasty. Prices are very good. You can sit both indoors and on the terrace in fine weather.

Me and my partner stayed at the hotel for a day and half spa break. We were particularly impressed with the good customer service upon checking in the receptionist was very welcoming and polite. The same can be said with the bar staff very polite...and positive. The rooms are cosy and have everything you could need. The spa complex was modern and relaxing and had a nice combination of different saunas. The true hidden gem was the restaurant. We were going to eat out but decided to try out the hotel restaurant and wasn't disappointed, the portions and quality were excellent. I recommend the drinks cocktails. My only criticisms would be the following: - only 1 of the saunas was open before breakfast which was disappointing - even though I have children I think it would be nice to have time slots when children weren't allowed in the spa complex as at times the noise they make can spoil the relaxation and ambience - would be nice to have a juice bar in the spa suiteMore

Were disturbed that smoking is allowed in that restaurant, there were smokers in every other table. Despite that, the service was attentive and nice. The food was not to our taste, nothing special. Would´t mix fried pasta in a chicken-vegetable salad myself and the broccoli-soup...tasted really bad, couldn´t eat it. Probably would eat dinner in somewhere else next time.More

The restaurant seems to be resting on its laurels as it is one of the few restaurants in Võru. We had a package deal and we were offered the same buffet meal on day 1 for dinner and on day 2 for lunch (breaded pork...chops). The food is kept warm during the entire meal period and it is very simple meat and potatoes. We also tried the a la carte, but it seems that the kitchen is small as they were not able to handle a few tables ordering a la carte. All of our dishes came out at different times and the meat was over cooked. With the spa promoting itself as an eco-spa, the restaurant was far from that with the food coming from large producers rather than locally. Luckily, the service was friendly and reasonable. The owners really need to invest in a better restaurant to complement the impressive spa component and the beautiful location.More

For lunch, chicken breast stuffed with rye bread and cheese; for dinner Kubija kanto. I liked both. If you like meaty dishes, you will love them too.
