Lovely little cafe. We were looking for somewhere for a mid morning snack after a very early start. This place is a little gem. The scones were fresh from the oven, the hot chocolate and latte were delicious. Excellent choice of cakes, sandwiches, soup and...More

Called "on spec" for a light lunch and were lucky to get a table. The waitress had to tell a few people that the restaurant was full. Lovely scones, nice tea and coffee.

Great little coffee shop - popped-in as we were passing and although there were five of us and the place is tiny, we were welcomed and room was made for us. Very friendly and helpful staff, quirky building and lovely coffee and cakes

I love my coffee tasting like coffee and I can heartily recommend this cafe. The flat white gets 9/10 and that's a review from a perfectionist. The ladies were also very welcoming and the cafe is a beautiful wattle and daub building.

This is a little gem. The welcome was great. The cheese & herb scone was light and delicious. The mushroom, spinach quiche was good. Both served with a green salad. The service was genuinely excellent. And this little cafe, in Bishops Castle, has a working...More

First timer at Thyme but pleasantly surprised - lovely staff and good food in a quirky restaurant befitting the general Bishops Castle style. Enjoyed a humble but tasty BLT with generous salad. Would definitely return when back in town.
