The food is good, but the service is bad

I would like to give more points because of the food, but unfortunately the service reduces these. Always very good service and orders, and payment must be made at the cash register. Why? Is this a service to the customer or just employee laziness? I have never understood. It feels like the assembly line is serving people without gestures and expressions. The food, on the other hand, is good and the chicken burrito never disappoints. Of course, the size of that salad has also been clearly reduced. The tables are rarely cleaned properly. So that the tables would be completely wiped. So this also gives a pretty bad image of the restaurant. Despite everything, people come here from time to time precisely because of the food.

First time. Looked promising: almost full on a Friday evening, friendly staff, not too long wait. But. Appetisers. Took cheese sticks with tomato salsa - tastes like watery ketchup blended with some basic salsa from a shop. Nachos are dry and super salty. Took a basic burger for main course. Meat is well-done, dry and the sauce is nothing special. The taste of the bitter, overwhelming onion is the reason I usually ask the burgers without. The burger buns are straight from a shop: a basic, bun-like mush. Sure. If you just want something to eat, this is good but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money. Friendly staff and interior is okay but the food is just below basic stuff. You would probably cook better Mexican food at home. Too bad. Oh, and there are NO BABY CHANGING TABLES in the restrooms. High chairs yes, so you might think the smaller children are welcome - unless they need changing.

It is a night club at the weekends. Nice atmosphere, great food. Their chicken burrito is definitely worth trying!

Their veggie options were pretty bad and we have a big problem because they are not pet friendly even their terrace, they saw it with our dog, the signs for “no dogs” are just in the closed area not at the terraces, they came to tell us when we already paid for the food 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ And said in a really bad way that our dog need to be leashed outside the terrace, then came another woman to say the same. There were 3 people working and no one see us before like to say “hey we don’t allow dogs at the terrace” before to pay?, then the service was pretty bad in general. Additionally, is a bar for drunk people.

Tried several dishes. Good steaks, nice fajitas, good service. Doesn't look like a steakhouse on the outside but inside it is a cozy place. To be advised.

Menu Hans lot of choices from texmex to steaks. Food was ok. Interior and general outlook is pretty worn out.

Excellent food with really fast service

Excellent food and really fast service, no need to wait for the orders more than 15 minutes. Interior if not renovated since 1980's, but so what. This place does have it's own atmosphere, and I like it as it is. Friday and Saturday evenings this place turns to a nightclub.

Fast and tasty

Comparing to other place in Järvenpää it's one of the fastest serving, little bit smaller portions of meat but higher ( and quite bigger) portions of garnish.PS. Food is nothing speciallist but good.

Nice and fast service. Excellent food! I order flanksteak, which was delicious. We ordered water for which had to pay. They have terass were you also can enjoy your food, but you need to pay the food in advance.

I took a pizza mafioso and my friend hamburger. My pizza didn't taste even good and my opinion, quality of the food wasn't good. I just eat half of my pizza. My friend agreed. My friend hamburger was ok, but nothing special. As a summary, not special food and not going again.

This mexican restaurant is very famous in Järvenpää, Usually everyone who have visited Järvenpää knows it. It's famous for its food and athmosphere. At weekends its a great partyplace, where music is loud and people are dancing.
