At the time there were loads of water flowing rapidly down the river. We stopped by and had coffee with pancake for 6 euros. There is toilet and possibility to shower and sauna. Owners were nice and welcoming. They chatted much and were very genuinely...friendly. We spoke in Finnish, so we don't know about their english skills!More

I like the big rapid. Follow the signs from the main north-south road to Lapland. The atmosphere is magical.
