I am 100% done with this joke of a drive-thru. They can get anything correct. Every time I go in this screw up my order. How hard is it to do the following? Large Chilli, toasted white bun with butter on the side. I get...a large chillie a cold bun and no butter. Every frikin time. Complete idiots that work here. I am done with you people. Amazing how no one gives a crap anymore about the job they have. Poor effort as usual from the Markdale Tim Hortons staff. Keep up the great work people. We were visiting 2 family farms in the area last Sunday. We headed home when we wanted coffee and tea to take home. It was a line up to get thru to the take out window. When we finally got there we were handed our...drinks after paying without incident. In and out quickly just the way I like my effective customer service with their well trained staff.More

I went through the drive through today it is great because it's easy to get into and they were very quick, however the staff where being very rude to each other, which is very disappointing for a new place in a small town.
