We ate family style to maximize our choices. Had a marvelous antipasti platter with lots of excellent meats, cheese, various crostini. We had the osso buco, bistecca, pici pasta with boar sauce, and spinach. Washed down with lots of house wine, it was an excellent meal as we watched the afternoon turn into night.

Basically we paid between 3 and 4 EUR a head for a drink with aperitivo. And the aperitivo wasn't the usual we see composed by mainly bread. There were local salamis, cheese, olives, bruschettas with funghi, cooked vegetables, etc. All excellent and continuously replaced by new dishes. Amazing variety and quality for such a cheap price

This place is a bit hidden away since the restaurant is at the lower level, but I can surely recommend it for the good food, agreeable prices and great atmosphere. You feel most welcomed! When weather permits it has two great terraces with a splendid view to complete the picture.

More
