This wil be the best Pelgrims menu we had so far. 3 course meal, great fish soup, veal steak and ceshnut desert for 13,50 with wine. Really friendly staff, well worth a visit!

We ate here at the recommendation of our Hostal (The Way) the food as well as the service was superb and really seemed to be local Spanish fare. I asked for their recommendation and after I chose beef was served a lovely steak with foie gras over it. The best meal I've had on the Camino so far. I also... More

We came here with friends to get a stamp for our Camino passport. The atmosphere and the friendliness of the owner made us come back for dinner. It was by far the best meal and service we have had on the Camino. They have wifi so itranslate is helpful, although the the owner is very good at helping out when... More

I read the reviews but was still a bit hesitant. I admit my spanish is seriously lacking thus my interpretation of the menu is sometimes off. The menus were written in english and spanish. The sangria was the best I've had in a month. I ordered the Gallician stew and it was amazing. My son had the medallions of beef... More

We loved this place. We had just come off the Camino and were cold and hungry. We ordered the pilgrim meal with 3 courses. We choose soup, an entree and dessert. Everything was great and we met and talked to Ramón-the chef. I highly recommend this place.

Normally, restaurants along the Camino de Santiago offer Pilgrim Menus (aka- Menus del Dia) for about 9-12 euros. Unfortunately, after a difficult hike downhill (always hardest) we got in a bit late on a Sunday. No banks, no ATMs open, and this was the only restaurant we could find that accepted credit cards. It had a nice exterior (ate out... More

We had been walking the Camino since St Jean. This is one of the most authentic Spanish restaurants we have found. The Staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a great meal. Favo. A white bean and clam soup. Amazing flavour. Then I had 6 of the best sardines I've ever had. Good Bottle of life cal wine. A... More

I grabbed a table for 5 and we ate the menu del dia for 14 euro. It was a brilliant menu and the wine flowed. Locals filled to bar to watch a soccer match and Ramon joined our party to eat his dinner. What a blast! Every meal was great and this is miles better than any 10 euro pilgrim... More

I have been walking The Camino for nearly 4 weeks now and have had the Pilgrim's dinner nearly every night wherever I happen to be, Tonight I had the best meal yet that was more a gourmet event than a 3 course standard. I had a fish and seafood soup to start that is a local specialty. Then braised pig's... More
