Fantastic food in a very nice location!
The restaurant team did walk the extra mile and accommodated us for an earlier dinner when the restaurant was booked at 9 pm on Saturday!
Thank you for the experience!
Do not miss this place in Nardo!
We expected fresh fish and seafood and we were not disappointed! The restaurant offers the best in Nardo and because the menu depends on their availability, you can be assured that what you have is the freshest catch of the day! Listen carefully to the...recommendations of the maître d’/ owner of the restaurant. They are genuine, as he is in trying to flog the most expensive dishes, but what is really the best option on the day. We started with a shared selection of antipasti – all fish and seafood based. We expect that these will change on the day, but we enjoyed a lot the grilled mussels and the creamed octopus; the mackerel with the mayo was also divine! We then moved to the pasta of the day dish, which was penne with mixed seafood: simple and yet done to perfection. We finished with the fried octopus and the green salad; we were warned that the octopus would be slightly tough because it was fresh and not frozen, but this did not matter at all, as it was a bit chewy but very tasty. It reminded us of the best octopus we had in Greek restaurants. We could not resist finishing off with the pistachio ice cream, although we were a little bit disappointed that they had ran out of the local speciality desert… Perhaps next time.
The selection of wines is excellent; again listen to the advice of the maître d’ if you are unfamiliar with the local wines. He will ensure that the wine you select meets excatly your requirements. We prefer to try the local wines when we are in Italy and this time the local Fiano was a wonderful accompaniment to our food. The service is excellent and attentive, and although not everyone speaks English they get out of their way to explain the individual dishes; language was not a barrier at all. We went on a Wednesday night and the restaurant was very busy, which reflects the wel; deserved popularity of the place. What we found surprising was how reasonably priced everything was. Usually fish restaurants are very pricy; this is not the case here.More

Grazie Infinite e spero di rivedervi presto ❤️🍾❤️🍾
The reviews are great, we couldnt get in on our first attempt as they told us it was full. (I now have my suspicions if that was true)
So we booked with high hopes.
Its a beautiful looking restaurant (apart from the toilet seat that...needs replacing). The service however was strange and uncomfortable as it was so fast. Plates were delivered one at a time and finished plates were removed whilst the other was still eating (because their food arrived late).
There needs to be more choice for children. Children are not easy so why not have at least one simple solution perhaps a pasta with a simple neutral sauce. The waitress suggested a swordfish. Ok we took it but it arrived exactly that. No potato, no chips Nothing.
We took mussels (obviously cooked) raw tuna (obviously not cooked). Should be simple to serve both at the same time but apparently not, the cooked dish arrived 2 or 3 minutes before the uncooked dish. For primi we took 2 daily specials and again they arrived 2 or 3 minutes apart. The restaurant was not busy and even if it was it would be wrong. Its a shame as this was our 8th dinner in Puglia and by a long way the most disappointing.
We left without a main course, dessert or coffee and still paid 75 euro. Yes they gave a small discount but that not the point and the pleasure was lost.More

Innanzitutto grazie per essere stati da noi, è sempre un grande piacere, il nostro locale vanta di grande disponibilità e...More
Excellent Italian fish and seafood cuisine in this street level restaurant. Very close to the main piazza in Nardò (LE). The atmosphere is refined and relaxed, all tables are in the dining rooms, so there's no open-air dining. It's advisable to book well in advance...as the restaurant is very popular. I normally spend around €60 for two people eating a two course dinner with wine and water.More

It's a cosy restaurant nearby the center, we went already twice and we had a great time here. Perfect service, friendly owner & staff. Very tasty and fresh fish. This restaurant should be definitely on your list of eating experiences if you are in the...vicinity!More

Went here on recommendation and was glad we did. Really busy on a Friday night and we managed to get a table. The seafood is great but they also do great looking pizzas.
Really friendly staff and good to see another place opening in town.
