This restaurant is set at a mountain pass over 1000m above the Balagne region of northern Corsica and there are views to match. The food allows guests to sample a range of Corsican dishes and is always freshly prepared by the chef and extremely tasty....We usually go for lunch after a walk in the mountains and have always been delighted by whatever we ordered. The owner makes her own liqueurs and her limoncello is superb.More
