We had a beautiful meal of sea bass for 5 people. The fish was cooked beautifully and we were even treated to greek music and traditional Greek dancing which was great. We returned for lunch again when we went to Spinalonga and we enjoyed our food again and would recomend this restaurant

Always a good meal. The fresh fish is excellent. Good, friendly service. Excellent view over Spinalonga. We have been here in June and October and always very windy but quite sheltered with clear plastic sides.

This is a lovely restaurant but we made the mistake of having steaks. Should have had the fish! I will return.

A place for fresh fish. All tourists want to have nice view of the bay and the clear waters and = the price goes up. Our tiger prawns were very good.

Very enjoyable meal at Captain Nicola's taverna. The freshest fish and on point service. Nothing fancy here, but everything was very good.

Visited this for a lunch. Its sells fresh fish but it isn't cheap. I'd have thought the price of fish would be cheaper in a restaurant catches its own fish but what do i know? The good: Nice view of the bay and the clear waters. The bad: Food was average for a restaurant that went out of its way... More

My hubby and me went today to spinalonga from plaka, so, afterwards, we decided to eat some fish there. We chose this place. The fish was amanzing. We had a portion of mixed fish for one (20euros) and a portion of saganaki shrimps (16 euros). They were so so fresh. The shrimp portion was fairly large, about 8 tiger prawns.... More

Last time was an experience and this time we could tell the staff were just going through the motions. The food tasted like that.

We visited twice during our week stay at Blue Palace. Both times we had fish of the day which was lovely. Very well priced. Service was great very friendly. You must visit this restaurant as you won't be disappointed.

If you want fine dining this is certainly not for you but if you want fantastic food, friendly service in a typical Greek tavern at a good price then this is probably the best restaurant in Plaka. If you want fish you are always invited to go and chose the one you want to eat rather than just be served... More
