El Coco Loco is hidden away off one of the back streets in Borbalan but is well worth seeking out. For a start this is not the usual style of restaurant with tables looking out across the Atlantic but a low asymmetrical building with outdoor seating in a small garden area. The menu likewise is slightly different to other establishments... More

A good menu selection & really good food & service at reasonable prices ( We ended up going back 3 nights in a week) best to go early or late as it does get busy if you have not booked! No sea views, dining inside & out , bar, well worth a visit but not easy to find as it... More

Visiting La Gomera for a week and had to make a beeline for El Coco Loco. It was quite busy when we arrived but were snuck in . . .thankfully. There was a wide choice on the menu and the wine list was good too - we had a glass of the local red and white. They were the from... More

A good restaurant with (sometimes too) big portions. We'll come back, especially when we're very hungry :).

This restaurant situated behind the post office in Valle Gran Rey was absolutely brilliant. The food was really original and tasty with a beautifully presented home cooked food full of flavor and flair. The chicken skewere with sweet chili sauce and crushed peanuts were divine and my pineapple chicken curry was fab. We ate outside in a pretty garden and... More

After finding El Coco Loco tucked away, we can honestly say this was probably the best meal we had on La Gomera. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was really nice and the food was amazing. We were made to feel so welcome and even chatted with the waiting staff whilst they served us. The restaurant was... More

Located behind the main road near the post office it is a nice spacious place for dinner. The smoky taste of the baked cheese we had as starter predominated, it even seemed artificial. They did not have green mojo, only red which we think is a shortcoming because the green one is our favorite. The Gran Coronas from Torres made... More

situated in the workaday suburb of borbalan opposite the laurasilva appartments beside a playpark this spanish menu ed restuarent is a real find. A sign in the street directs you to a low lit cosy island themed restuarant under new management with young enthusiatic if unprofessional waiting staff. The cooking was excellent and the cost most reasonable .It is certainly... More
