Good ambience on arrival and made to fell very welcome . The menu had a good selection but not too many that it made it difficult to make up your mind. We could not fault the staff very friendly and helpful, and the food was spot on. All areas were very clean and tidy . We will certainly return here... More

Visited this pub last week for lunch with friends who eat here regularly. We had lamb cutlets with chips and salad. They were very well cooked and the salad was one of the nicest I have tasted. Staff very friendly. Would definitely visit again.

Returning from an arduous trip working in foreign parts we went to our favourite eating establishment. We were not disappointed. This place is always as we expect it to be. The food is always just how we remember it and with a small amount of variation in the dishes served there is always something to entice us. Just as important... More

We have just phoned to book a table for five adults and two children, we couldn't get the time we wanted but told they could look at different times, at this point we informed them that there would be a guide dog with us, immediately we was told that there was no available times without even checking 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Good atmosphere and quite nice food. The menu was disappointing as it was much like a Brewers Fayre pub or any other run of the mill pub. Specials were OK ......but brother in law left still feeling hungry!

We went to this restaurant with friends recently ,it was very busy but we were served very quickly, there was quite a comprehensive menu,The serving staff were very helpful and the food when delivered to our table was piping hot and with very generous portions .This place was well worth our return visit and we will be going again very soon.

Visited the Red Cow with family, some of whom live locally, in the village. This is a genuine village pub, at the heart of the community. Friendly, welcoming and all inclusive, the food is freshly prepared and well presented and, there is plenty of it. We chose one of the daily specials, which proved to be delicious- sweet and sour... Went there in Febuary of this year (Twice within tree days) Was down from Glasgow and staying at my mother-in-law's Very very good, uncomplicated traditional and very very well cooked food. A menu that neither baffles or overwhelms I had the curry (YUM) Also on return, had the roast beef (Will grudgingly say that the Yorkies are very good) Mum... More
