Had lunch twice this past week. Both times it was delicious and it surprised me that it was so reasonably priced for the excellent service.

Cane to this restaurant as no other facility was open in the area. Wasn't sure what to expect but the interior was nice and food was fine..only negative was that the food selection for my taste buds was a little limited but for others probably would be just fine

Our dinner at Ram's Head was a very good end to a two week holiday on Lake Nippissing. Ram's Head is a small and very pleasant dining room located in Callander Ontario. Reservations are highly recommended. Service was warm, friendly and efficient. Our four different entrees were very good. Their Rack of Lamb is an obvious feature selection. Our server... More

Trying to avoid the construction in the highway through North Bay I made a quick detour through Callandar and find this place. Super friendly waiter (Andrew I think), and super fancy decor for the very reasonably priced menu. Fish and chips was my choice it was good and served quickly. It's nice to find a place where it is obvious... More

We stayed in the area for two weeks and unfortunately, waited until our last night to experience this restaurant. Our server was so bubbly and informative she helped me with my decisions as there were so many of my favorites to choose from! The warm Thai chicken salad was a very generous size and tasted awesome. My husband chose shrimp... More

Very nice small restaurant with pleasant staff. Appropriate for couples and small groups. Unfortunately when I ordered a medium rare tenderloin steak they gave me a medium well. Being our anniversary I did not make a fuss. The steak was Ok but not cooked as requested. Wife had bow tie pasta that was very good. Shrimp cocktail was fresh and... More

A group of girl friends have monthly dinners to celebrate and rekindle our friendships and often select The Ram's Head as our 'place of choice'. The atmosphere is quietly elegant and the service is very good. The food is outstanding and the wine selection is good. We always enjoy ourselves

Service was prompt and friendly. Food was well presented, hot, plentiful and some of the best in the area. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Called for a reservation for 8 (5 kids, who are very good in nice restaurants). Service was friendly and fast and the food was, as always, amazing. I love eating here.
