We had two dinners at Straw Hat during our visit, and both were excellent. Fresh ingredients, delicious local seafood, attentive service. This is 'casual elegant' Caribbean dining at its finest.
This place is totally overpriced for what you get. I ordered the shrimp & lobster tacos & it was literally just fish. When I mentioned it they told me "it's all mixed together". I'm from a tourist city so I get the rip off game...More
This was a better than average lunch spot aimed at serving day trip tourists. The decor was novel and the food was excellent.
Most of the seating is outside/beachside. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. The bread is served in an actual straw hat. Try the Purple Rain cocktail if you fondly remember grape soda as a kid but this one packs a punch!
