We really enjoyed the evening and the food at Impulse. We had the prawn curry for which the restaurant is famous and it was delicious although my partner, who is of Indian descent, was rather sorry that he had bravely asked for the hot version and not for the medium version as I sensibly did. There were many other dishes... More

If you find yourself on the north coast a stop in Tinley Manor for some curry will not disappoint! Resturant is somewhat rustic - but the food is out of this world!!

There were 9 of us . We booked and just as well. As by 7pm it was full. Run by a family and although the decor is not the best in town . The food is great . Best Bunny Chow - curry in a specially made loaf that has been hollowed out . Not for the feint hearted 😊.... More

Traditionally this spot has had rave reviews for its prawns curry. We ordered a hot prawn curry and it certainly lived up expectation. The portion was generous and well spiced (hot is extremely hot). We also had the chicken and prawn curry (medium) and the contrast brought about excellent flavours. Both we throughly enjoyable. Although the food was great, we... More

Indian restaurant used by Indians . Bit of a journey to go there as of the the beaten track but excellent Indian cuisine. Worth the trip

A great Indian curry spot frequented by the Indians ! They remade an initially spiced bunny for the kids in a mild butter chicken - everyone left happy!

You may feel like you've taken a wrong turn into a deserted town, but this little gem stands out. Fantastic lamb curry, awesome butter chicken, beat samoosas ever, great cocktails and very very good seafood. When Jonathan Platte from the famous wine guide rates this place as one of his favorites then you know. Definitely worth the drive out. Be... More

A very big thank you to Shamen and her team from Impulse for putting together a fabulous Christmas party for us from Stanger Ford! They went out of their way to accommodate us and as a result it was one of the best party's that we have ever had. Everything from the food to the music, to the way we... More

I popped into Impulse for the first time this Wednesday 31st August 2016. First thing I was impressed that I could order a Fish Curry... Simple. Been to the Capsicum a number of times only to be told that the Fish Curry was not available. Even when I called ahead and got a confirmation it was available. The (medium) tamarind... More
