The restaurant had an extensive selection of tasty dishes available as part of the dinner buffet. The service was good and the restaurant had a nice rustic charm to it. Great place for a dinner in Rio Serrano area.

The weather at Torres del Paine is dreadful, so what do you do? Check out some nice eats. And the in house restaurant at the Hotel Serrano is a pleasant surprise. There is really not much infrastructure in this part of the world and the home cooked at our bunk is just so so. But the fare at this place... More

This is a family owned and run restaurant that started as so many do, very small and GREW! It overlooks a lake with mountains in the background. There is lodging right here along with the opportunity for horseback riding. I digress. I enjoyed a wonderful lunch of salmon, probably the best meal I had in Patagonia. It starts with the... More

Amazing scenery, service, food and pisco (the only one I have every really liked anywhere - firstly not sour and secondly, has fresh ginger in it). Food was plentiful and quality.

If you happen to visit Torres Del Paine National Park with Princess Cruises as part of their "chartered flight" excursion from Punta Arenas, then this is the restaurant you will be eating at. It is set in a nice scenic place overlooking the lake with beautifully appointed restaurant area with windows offering spectacular views. As I was part of an... More

Dinner is a buffet, plentiful, with many options for salads and starters, main courses, and desserts. All of it was delicious.

As we were staying in the hotel we decided to give it a try.....no menu was displayed and on asking were told only a buffet was available at 40 dollars a head! We surveyed the buffet table and decided it was very poor value for money. We retreated to the bar where a small selection of food was available but... More

You come here for the view, not the food. You would probably be better off buying just a drink and enjoying the view. We stayed here about 7 years ago, the food was bad and expensive then, and it still is when we came this year. And the hotel has grown in size somewhat in the intervening years This time... More
