Ate here both nights of our stay in Orgiva as the food was tasty, plentiful and well priced. In November the courtyard was definitely chilly but that was the same everywhere. The free tapas with first beer was delicious both nights. Friendly service. Lots of...regulars. Slight wild west feel - which we liked.More

This was our second visit, both times we were satisfied with the food. We had Sole in Lemon Sauce, homemade chips and green beans which were a bit overcooked. One extra bonus was wonderful fresh bread. We asked to buy one and he obliged The...best bread in Orgiva. We would recommend a visit. The Mill is right in the centre of Orgiva and has a very comfortable, shady courtyard to sit and eat.More

We visit this place on an annual basis and have to report that, whilst the food remains good value and very tasty, the whole atmosphere of the place has gone downhill since the departure of the saintly Luisa a couple of years ago. On our...most recent visit here last week, it seemed that a lot of customers had, shall we say, been there for a quite considerable length of time. If you order an alcoholic drink, you will receive quite a decent sized tapa so there is no need to order any starters. The current wife enjoyed her favoutite dish - the cod served with roasted garlic and honey, while I equally enjoyed the lamb chops. If you are put off by the thought of having dinner with a some heavily refreshed punters perhaps lunch would be a better time to go.More

This became a regular haunt during our holiday and we dropped in for lunches, evening meals and occasional drinks every drink comes with amazing, freshly prepared tapas). The times we loved best were Sunday lunch when the courtyard filled with local families enjoying time together....It was noisy, packed with life and such a great atmosphere! Evenings are also a treat, sitting under the stars (the staff draw big shades over the courtyard when it gets cold, wet or too hot for comfort). The menu is extensive and great value for money, whether you eat meat or not, and the staff are polite, efficient and friendly. I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather be, right now, on a cold, grey wet British Monday!More

During our week in Orgiva we ate here three times and between the family gave most of the menu a go. Some quirky and some standard dishes well cooked kept us coming back.

Always drop in, for a drink and some food, when i am in the area. Sometimes i stay to long and partake in to much wine, that i have to leave my car and stay at my friends house. I love it, in there, great...characters and staff and prices are very reasonable on my limited budget.I like the cool air up in the mountains as the coast can be oppressive in the summer and what better place to cool down than El Molino.More

We'd walked past this pretty courtyard bar several times since our arrival in Orgiva just over a month ago but it wasn't until last weekend that we popped in for a lunchtime drink. We hadn't planned to eat here; however, with every glass of beer...(2,20 euros), we were brought a delicious plate of free tapas. First tuna and red peppers, then spicy pork and finally ribs. We vowed to return, which we did today and again enjoyed the variety and quality of tapas on offer: fish salad, another spicy pork dish and finally fish balls. Yesterday, in Padul, we paid a similar price for beer but didn't even get an olive with our drinks which made us realise what excellent value this place is. We hope to go again for a proper meal before we leave the Alpujarras in three weeks' time.More

This restaurant is full of friendly locals who make you feel welcome it has a varied menu and friendly staff. We had a shared starter which was a good size but unfortunately a bird flew in and landed on our table only to then dive...into my plate and grab the cheese in it's beak and fly off, apart from this all was good.More

With a pasta carbonara, 2x a chicken breast and a plato alpujareno we had more than enough. All very reasonably priced. Nice place and friendly staff.
