Good service and tasty food. To our surprise there was plenty of tables available, while some other nearby restaurants were full.

Starter "Suovasta" was really delicious and a pulled reindeer burger was excellent. Almond potato fries were really delicious. Disappointment came as a dessert. Chocolate cake was small square with salty caramel and marinated cranberries with raspberry sorbet. It was really sour and elements did not...work combined. The food and service were okay but yet very average. The prices were, however, higher than the quality.

Went here for a late lunch on saturday 29/01. Food and service was great and the barman was very helpful. we had been here before on a previous stay and we found the service just as good as it was the first time. recommend this...place for food, drink and service.More

On a weeks holiday we decided to eat well outside once. Just us two, with out children, so we could take our time and best beef on the menu. Excellent ”sisäfile” and starters reindeer and artchoke soup. Polite service, good suggestion for wine. We totally...enjoyed ourselves. That you Rakka!More

We only ate reindeer hamburger and it was amazing, with a delicious sauce and chips. A bit expensive (23 euro each) but you only leave once (and try this). Drinks are a bit expensive (3 euro for a tea and almost 10 for a Finnish...beer of 33cl)More

We really struggled to find somewhere with nice food whilst in Saariselka but the food here was okay...nothing amazing but not awful either. I had the reindeer and my daughter had a kids burger and chips. Restaurant itself really nice and friendly and lots of...tables, no need to book.More

Food was very tasty (both entrees and main courses) but most likely would not go there another time due to level of the service - it was cold as weather in Lapland. Not too many customers either.

Visited Rakka for Supper with kids. So far we have been waiting for 45 min and still counting. No apologies, nothing. My 10 year old is starving, nobody has even asked anything during the wait. Cannot recommend.

This is a very nice looking and cozy restaurant. We had different fish dishes for starters and main course, both were delicious. But the service….We had to wait for the order and had to wait even longer for each dish. That was a bit frustrating.

Just a poor pizza in comparison to the expectations (the pizza costed 18 euros so I expected premium quality). However nice milieu and I heard that the dessert is good there. cheap wine! It’s quite handy if you are staying in the hotel or willing...to eat after the spa. Maybe other food on the list is better?More
