The food is good. But it's not cheap. It cost us $FJ120 plus credit card fees (yes they DO charge an extra 3%) for a family of 5 to eat, without dessert. If you add to that the $10 for the taxi from the resort, the price is pretty much the same as eating at the Shangri La buffet where... More

To say I was a little hesitant to eat here, away from the comfort of our resort is an understatement. But let me tell you, it doesn't look like much but this would have to be the best seafood I have ever eaten! Must try!!!

This place is great - doesn't look like much but they do a very nice meal at a reasonable price for the whole family. If you are staying at the Fijian Shangri-la get out of the resort and try Tomlu's or you can order and they will deliver to the resort. We've there every time we visit Fiji. Great friendly... More

Went here with the family, loved the flavours if the fried Rice and mub crab with huge savings. Staff were very good with the kids and the kids menu had a good fish and chips. They took credit cards with no surcharge, they even rang us a taxi to get back to the resort.

Was looking forward to some fresh seafood after reading some good reviews on the restaurant. We ordered the fish in black bean sauce and two lobsters. One of the lobsters tasted awful and definitely not fresh. I told the staff and she said maybe the kitchen mixed the fresh lobsters with the bad ones. In the end they exchanged it... More

After reading all the reviews of how great this seafood restaurant was, we were very disappointed in the seafood on offer. I ordered a prawn cocktail of which the prawns were cut into very small pieces and drowned in seafood sauce- My husband ordered the lobster which was presented with a garlic sauce and was extremely tough which was another... Situated in a village near the Shangri La, this restaurant is a must for all visitors. Great food and its BYO with a bottle-shop across the road.

Nice food but look out for the runs for days to come. I didnt like to see Shark fin soup on their menu either!! should of up and left, not in support of killing sharks.

I was really looking forward to eating at this restraunt after reading some amazing reviews about the food. It wasn't the worst restaurant but there was definitely nothing overwhelmingly good about it either - also having to wait over an hour for food was disappointing.

We went as a group of 58! We all ventured easily by mini bus from Shangri La Fijian Resort to this restaurant in Suva. My partner had chilli mud crab and I had stuffed prawns. Both were served with fried rice and the stuffed prawns with a ginger stir fry. Both meals, and all those around us, were fresh and... More
