My wife and I had dinner at the Coach House one night while staying at the Millhouse B&B. The food and service were terrific. The portions were large. We would recommend the Coach House to anyone.

The Menu was good, solid fare with the Lamb Shank getting particularly favourable comments. The young ladies serving us were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The popularity of the... More

What a lovely restaurant with pretty lighting, friendly and efficient staff and really good food. Not a particularly vast menu but everything well cooked and presented with creativity. We shared a starter of fried mushrooms which were served on a slate with roasted tomato and garlic mayonnaise. They were piping hot and very tasty. We both chose fish and chips... More

We had a meal there on the evening before my daughters communion. We had 15 people in total to sit down. 11 adults and 4 children. Very friendly efficient staff, good tasty food. I would recommend and would go back without any hesitation.

Our inn was not serving food for this particular evening, and the recommended the Coach House. There are two parts to this place, the casual bar-pub feel of the first floor, and a more up scale dining room with table cloths and a lovely atmosphere upstairs. The downstairs was completely full, and even though we were dressed very casually, we... More

Ate here today with a party of 8 adults & 6 kids. I have to say the food, service and atmosphere were fantastic. It is an ideal spot for a celebration. Had fish cakes to start, portion size was more than adequate, and roast beef as a main, and it was excellent. My only negative would be that I don't... More
