I first visited this restaurant over 20 years ago and nothing has changed; not the staff, not the decor, and thankfully not the menu. Their speciality is paella but for heaven's sake don't order anything else. The setting is spectacular, the staff professional if brusque and the selection of paellas is, frankly, beyond belief. We fondly remembered the Salt Cod... More

I have visited this restaurant a few times now and the food and service is excellent. the only issue with Casa Salvador I can say is that when you visit for the first time it is not easy to find but once you get there it is amazing. highly recommended

Casa Salvador is a high-end restaurant in Cullera. It has a large parking lot and by the restaurant’s entrance there are a number of paintings depicting traditional paella making. The premises are located by a lake. My wife and I went with a large family group for lunch to Casa Salvador on October 1st, and we really enjoyed the experience.... More

I live in the Valencia area, and have been to Casa Salvador on quite a few occasions. It's a family run concern, that must have started as a small rice restaurant many years ago and now has conoslidated into a "must" if you want to try the varied Valencian cuisine - not limited to the paella by the way. Near... More

At the end of an un-commercialised peninsular between the Med and Estany Grand estuary sits this amazing restaurant which has grown from a thatched shack in 1950 to a major culinary destination today. Sparklingly clean and decorated with Valencia art and photos you can not fail to be impressed by the place. On a fine day you must book a... More

Really good paella here...starters are a little pricey. 13 eur for fried squid sounds expensivr but actually they were very good and you could tell the batter was something else...but if you manage to get a table with a view of the river it's worth the trip. The restaurant is very well decorated and has parking which is hard to... More

Fantastic location by the river. The restaurant is a bit outside the town, but only 16euro for a taxi. Lot if soace both indoor and outside. The mixed fish dish was excellent and the wines were good. Not to many english speaking

This is the second time I have been here. This restaurant specialises in rice dishes and be prepared to wait as each dish is cooked freshly, but boy is it worth the wait. This is an excellent restaurant with a beautifully located terrace. It is a bit out of the way but persevere as it is well worth the trip.

It's our second visit to this place. Service is attentive and food quality is really good and constant ... Paella is not filled with a lot of seafood but quality and freshness is present. Prices are high for the region but it is justified for the quality you receive ....

After a relative long drive on a narrow road you arrive at this hotspot. Enjoy your apperitive on the terrace and have this wonderful view. Very good local dishes. We had a Paella that was excellent.
